Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Des Moines, IA)

Lumen Cobalt Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Des Moines, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in licensing records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
