Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Bright Haven Pharma Partners and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in regulatory filings. • Experience running usability tests.
