Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Denver, CO)

Bright Maple Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Denver, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around store inventory that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
