Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Denver, CO)

Rivermark Pine Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Denver, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in store inventory. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
