Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Denver, CO)

Bluepeak Bright Community Partners runs community programmes across Denver, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around volunteer shifts that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
