Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Dallas, TX)

Cedar Clear Banking Services Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around card disputes that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
