Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Dallas, TX)

Stonegate Wilder Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Dallas, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around policy renewals that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
