Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Colorado Springs, CO)

Amberfield Iron Insurance is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around premium billing that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in premium billing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
