Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Cleveland, OH)

Foxglove Meadow Medical is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Design for tasks around clinical evaluations that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in clinical evaluations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
