Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Cleveland, OH)

Foxglove Beacon Community Partners is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around benefits enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in benefits enrolment. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
