Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Cleveland, OH)

Westbrook Harbor Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Cleveland serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around account openings that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
