Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Cleveland, OH)

Amberfield Basin Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Cleveland, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of about 965 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Design for tasks around branch operations that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in branch operations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
