Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Lumen Cross Health Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around referrals that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in referrals. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
