Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Cincinnati, OH)

Nova Ember Markets Partners is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around pricing that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in pricing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
