Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Boston, MA)

Summit Linden Health Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 577 people based in Boston. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in patient education. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
