Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Summit Kestrel Community Partners and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around benefits enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
