Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Ridge Press and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around press runs that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in press runs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
