Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Boise, ID)

Amberfield Willow Pharma is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around clinical studies that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
