Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Boise, ID)

Cedar Sparrow Transit Planning is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around accessibility audits that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in accessibility audits. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
