Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Boise, ID)

Foxglove Willow Financial serves customers across Boise with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Design for tasks around payment disputes that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in payment disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
