Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Birmingham, AL)

Summit Field Community Partners is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in donor records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
