Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Baltimore, MD)

Westbrook Oak Health Group is a healthcare provider in Baltimore with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around clinic supplies that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
