Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Austin, TX)

Ironwood River Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Austin producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around release testing that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
