Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Austin, TX)

Highbridge Umber Health provides primary and specialty care in Austin. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in patient scheduling. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
