Senior UX Designer - design systems (Tulsa, OK)

Bluepeak Pike Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Tulsa. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on design systems. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Design for tasks around claims that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in claims. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
