Senior UX Designer - design systems (Toledo, OH)

Ironwood Drift Health is a healthcare provider in Toledo with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on design systems. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around referrals that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
