Senior UX Designer - design systems (St. Louis, MO)

Clearpath Wren Health is a healthcare provider in St. Louis with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on design systems. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Design for tasks around electronic records that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in electronic records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
