Senior UX Designer - design systems (Spokane, WA)

Bright Cobalt Early Learning Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 66 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
