Senior UX Designer - design systems (San Jose, CA)

Westbrook Thistle Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in San Jose producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around cleanroom operations that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
