Senior UX Designer - design systems (Rochester, NY)

Silverline Linden Health provides primary and specialty care in Rochester, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around patient scheduling that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
