Senior UX Designer - design systems (Rochester, NY)

Foxglove River Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Rochester, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our design systems. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around cleanroom operations that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in cleanroom operations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
