Senior UX Designer - design systems (Rochester, NY)

Greenridge Haven Pharma is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 66 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around clinical studies that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
