Senior UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Redstone Ember Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Colorado Springs, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our design systems. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Design for tasks around payment disputes that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in payment disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
