Senior UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Northwind Forge Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Dallas serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would join a large organisation of about 760 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around loan files that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in loan files. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
