Senior UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Nova Sable Pharma develops and makes medicines in San Antonio, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
