Senior UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Silverline Nest Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Baltimore. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
