Senior UX Designer - design systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Willow Insurance and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around premium billing that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in premium billing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
