Senior UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Highbridge Basin Health Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Design for tasks around electronic records that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
