Senior UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Summit Bright Early Learning Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around tuition and subsidies that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
