Senior UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Highbridge Umber Health runs clinics and patient services around Columbus. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on design systems. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Design for tasks around patient scheduling that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in patient scheduling. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
