Senior UX Designer - design systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Vista Community Partners Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. You would join a small organisation of about 79 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in benefits enrolment. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
