Senior UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Fernwood Timber Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Tucson producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in quality documentation. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
