Senior UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Ironwood Linden Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Fort Worth with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on design systems. You would join a large organisation of about 886 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around branch operations that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in branch operations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
