Senior UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Clearpath Granite Financial serves customers across Atlanta with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on design systems. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around customer onboarding that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
