Senior UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Westbrook Iron Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Portland. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on design systems. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around clinical studies that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
