Senior UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Northwind Field Financial Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around payment disputes that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in payment disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
