Senior UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Highbridge Granite Press is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around print quotes that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in print quotes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
