Senior UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Bluepeak Junction Medical is a Dallas company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around regulatory submissions that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in regulatory submissions. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
