Senior UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Summit Cobalt Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on design systems. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around learning materials that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
