Senior UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Nova Bright Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Tucson, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our design systems. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
